Using Kopti
Kopti helps you keep maintenance history, receipts, warranty details, reminders, and item notes. Use it only for lawful personal purposes and do not interfere with the service or attempt to misuse app, website, or backend systems.

These terms apply to the Kopti website, the Kopti iPhone app, and the related support surfaces we operate.

Agreement
Practical expectations for the app and site.
Your content
You are responsible for the notes, photos, documents, receipts, and other content you add to Kopti. You should review AI-generated drafts before saving or relying on them.
Cloud AI processing
Kopti sends only the captures you choose to OpenAI after you grant permission in the app. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing each draft before saving or relying on it, and you can withdraw cloud-AI permission in Settings.
Apple App Store terms
If you download Kopti through the App Store, Apple's platform terms and standard licensed application rules also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing Kopti support or maintenance.
Subscriptions
Kopti Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. The exact localized price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple, and deleting a Kopti account does not cancel Apple billing. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Reminders and records
Kopti is an organization and memory tool. Reminders, parsed receipt details, warranty dates, and AI suggestions are convenience features, not a guarantee that a task, service, warranty, or renewal will be completed or accepted by a third party.
Changes and availability
We may update, change, limit, or discontinue features over time. We do not guarantee that Kopti will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every document, receipt, website, device, or third-party service.
